Justin W Price

A free-lance writer, Gover Prize finalist, Justin W. Price (aka, PDXKaraokeGuy) is a creator of poetry, short storie, biographies and humor pieces. His poetry collection, Digging to China, was released February 2nd, 2013 by Sweatshoppe Publications and is currently avaialble on, Barnes and Noble, through the Sweatshoppe Publications website and your local bookseller.

His work is featured in Best New Fiction (2014 edition), and has appeared previously in the Rusty Nail, eFiction, See Spot Run, BurningWord, The Crisis Chronicles, TThe Whistling Fire, Ohio Edit, The Hellroaring Review,the Bellwether Review, Manaaker Podcast, New Reader Magazine, and numerous other publications. He previously served as the fiction, poetry and correspondence editor for The Bellwether Review.

He works as a freelance writer, editor, and ghost writer, and, to pay his bills, he works in sales. He recently moved to Juneau, Alaska from Portland, Oregon.

He is a musician, theologically liberal lover of Jesus, a thinker, a cook, and an artist. When he is not working on his novel, his latest poetry or short story collection, his hobbies include literature, music, history, theology, politics, food, beer, cooking, karaoke, movies, and animals.
